Photography for me: fine-art landscape photography
August 31, 2009Since I’m on holidays technically speaking (and shooting a couple of weddings while on holidays) I wanted to make sure that I got some time in for myself to take photos of things that interest me. One of the things that I’ve become more interested in lately is long exposure photography.
Here are couple of photos that I took while in Nanaimo, BC. That’s on Vancouver Island for those who are familiar with the area. These shots are straight-out-of-camera (SOOC) which means I’ve done zero editing to these outside of adding my watermark to the photo
Feel free to leave me some comments and critiques if you like.
This first shot is at Piper’s Lagoon taken at 9:29pm exposed for 72″.

This 2nd shot is again at Piper’s Lagoon but looking out at the Pacific Ocean at 10:01pm exposed for 152″
