Sabrina & Beau: an intimate farm wedding
October 14, 2009Sabrina and Beau have been friends of ours for the last 5 years or so. We all met while we were on the same softball team. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but since then we’ve all become really close friends. They were in attendance at my wedding to my beautiful wife and I knew that I would make the trek out to theirs regardless of whether or not I was going to be their photographer.
I couldn’t even keep my wife from being the wedding planner that she is! She was awesome to work with of course as she helped me organize people for photos and even did some running around pinning flowers and helping with dresses!
Everything about their wedding was perfect. The location was back at the family farm in Lumby, British Columbia. The details were personal with Beau’s parents building a rock garden specifically for their wedding. The wedding guests were all close friends and family only. This wedding was for them and only to be celebrated by the people closest to them. It was in all ways, perfect. Including the spit roasted pig! Yowza!
Congratulations you two and thanks again for allowing me the honor of being your wedding photographer.
