Amanda & Chris: Married in Cardston. Photographed in Waterton. Danced at the Calgary Zoo

I just read on Amanda’s facebook status that they’re headed for their honeymoon so I figured what better time to put up some snaps of their beautiful wedding than right before they leave right? I’m pretty thoughtful that way :)

This wedding simply rocked! Easy going bride and groom. Easy to photograph bride and groom. Beautiful families that welcomed us with smiles and warmth. Beautiful weather and some of the best darn locations you could ever ask for!

Amanda and Christopher, thank you again for honoring me with the privilege to photograph your wedding. It was a tremendous day! I think we got the best of the wind in Waterton!

The Mormon temple is one of the most jaw-dropping buildings I’ve seen around here.

So whats the reason for all the hand-raising, face-making, Justin Timberlake posing images above? Check out this choreographed wedding party dance to LMFAO’s Party Rock Anthem. And before you actually watch, I apologize for that bald headed dude walking in front of the camera. Apparently he thinks he’s ducking low enough in front of an ultra-wide angle lens. And the focus issue? Not my fault…I blame David my assistant :)

Careful what you and your BFF do cuz t’s gonna come back and bitecha in the bum and embarass you on your wedding day!

Megan & Ryan: wedding in Canmore

I can’t even begin to tell you how much fun I had at Megan and Ryan’s wedding in Canmore (specifically the Canmore Nordic Centre). These two were as laid back and relaxed as they come. Nothing would prevent them from having the day they had planned for. And nothing would prevent us from taking the best wedding photos we could for them. To see them flow through the day and telling occasional bad joke (Ryan) made me smile. I was and I am incredibly happy for them. This was one beautiful wedding with a beautiful couple. Congratulations Megan and Ryan! I can’t wait to get started on your wedding album.

PS. I went on a bit of black and white kick…I promise there are tons more in full color ;) Sometimes I just don’t know when to say stop!
